Aircraft pre-buy inspections

We perform aircraft pre-buy inspections globally. Whether the customer's needs are to teardown the aircraft or return it to service, RPC Aviation is equipped with full audit specification sheets. This is accompanied by a photo survey and a detailed physical inspection. Depending on the audit depth required, audits range from major component verification to full MRB/AD/major repair status…. Storage programs are reviewed along with discrepancies. External power or engine runs are performed when permitted. A physical inspection is also performed to ensure that the records match the existing installed components.

Upon completion of the on-site pre-buy inspection, a Condition and Summary Report is provided to the customer with 48 hours.

On lease & lease returns

On lease audits are generally accomplished within a short period of time. The records and condition of the airframe/powerplant are reviewed and inspected to ensure that they conform to the terms agreed upon. Lease returns are treated as a full audit. Specification sheets are compiled including major components, Ads, MRB, major repairs, discrepancies…. A full photo survey along with a detailed physical inspection is taken. Major component locations are also verified. Engine runs and system checks are also performed when permitted.

Upon completion of the on lease or lease return, a Condition and Summary Report is provided to the customer within 48 hours.

Engine pre-buy inspections

Borescopes are performed along with a full external visual detailed inspection. Log books are verified for proper certifications, storage program, life limited parts, engine shop reports, accessories, Ads, min SB list, power assurance checks, trend monitoring…. Photo survey is taken.

Upon completion, a Condition and Summary Report is provided to the customer within 48 hours.
